Artistic Smiles - Boulder Cosmetic Dentist

I graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1990, I then completed a one year Advanced General Practice Residency in Lawton, Oklahoma. This residency provided individualized training from specialists in all areas of dentistry. I believe staying up to date with and educated in current technologically advanced dentistry is vital to my patients treatment. Dentistry is exciting and continues taking me on a journey of the most prestigious dentistry in the world. I have attended the world–renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). Graduating from many advanced courses in dentistry allows me to do complete smile makeovers as seen on Extreme Makeovers. I believe dentistry is never fully learned and I am on a life long journey of constantly bettering treatment for my patients. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry on all types of patients.

I am an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Colorado Dental Association, and Boulder County Dental Society (also a past President). I am currently on the Colorado Peer Review Committee. This committee works to help patients and doctors settle dental disputes. I volunteer for these professional organizations to try and give back to a profession that I love.

As a long time Longmont resident, who graduated from Skyline High School, I couldn't resist coming back here to live. I love beautiful Colorado for all it has to offer the weather is always great for some fun. I enjoy many outdoor activities with my family and friends such as, hiking, tennis, golf, skiing, and volleyball.

I feel fortunate and blessed in my life and career. These blessings bring joy to all aspects of my life. My love of children keeps me serving my community by coaching, and helping under–privileged children get needed dental care. Through volunteering I give back to a community I enjoy being part of.
